Projects You Will Work On
1. Full-Scale Business CRM System
You will help build a centralized CRM system for managing business operations.
Key features include:
- Role-based access control (Admin, Manager, Employee)
- Lead and customer management system
- Sales pipeline management tools

- Activity tracking and reporting systems
2. Business Websites & E-commerce Portals
Interns will also develop websites and online stores for MSME clients.
Work includes:
- Custom websites using PHP, Laravel, React, or WordPress
- Product catalogs and shopping cart systems
- Integration of secure payment gateways
- SEO-friendly and mobile responsive websites
- Admin panels for managing website content
- Performance optimization with 90+ Google PageSpeed scores
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications for CRM and client websites
- Integrate WhatsApp API and automation workflows
- Design and optimize databases for high performance
- Debug issues and fix bugs in live production projects
- Assist in deploying applications on production servers
- Maintain code repositories using Git/GitHub
- Document technical workflows and development processes
Technical Requirements
Mandatory Skills (Any One Stack)
- MERN Stack: React.js and Node.js
- PHP Stack: Core PHP or Laravel
- CMS Development: WordPress (themes and plugins)
- Python Development: Python-based web applications
- Databases: MySQL or MongoDB
Core Skills
- Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience with Git/GitHub (GitHub portfolio required)
- Basic knowledge of server deployment and domain configuration
Eligibility & Expectations
- Students pursuing or recently completed M.Sc IT, B.Sc IT, BCA, MCA, BE, or B.Tech
- Must have a personal laptop
- Ability to work 6 days a week (9 AM – 6 PM)
