Key Responsibilities

Agency Execution

• Build and deploy SEO-optimized, high-conversion websites for Founder Growth Plan clients.

Internal Tools Development

• Develop and maintain internal dashboards for lead tracking, hackathon management, and institutional data.

MVP Prototyping

• Work with the Founder’s Office to convert startup idea blueprints into working MVPs within 48-hour sprints.

Performance Optimization

• Ensure websites achieve 90+ scores on Google Core Web Vitals.

Code Audit

• Support technical evaluation of startup hackathon submissions through GitHub audits.

Tech Stack (TIC Algorithm)

The internship focuses on speed, scalability, and modern development practices.

Requirements

Performance Rating & Stipend Structure

This internship focuses on high-value portfolio building and real execution.

• Rating 1.0 – 2.9: Training phase (Certification only)
• Rating 3.0 – 3.9: Eligible for lump-sum performance bonus at the end of the internship
• Rating 4.0 – 5.0: Monthly stipend ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 and potential Founder-in-Residence (FiR) equity opportunities
