Role & Responsibilities

• Lead full stack development using Java, Microservices, and React technologies
• Review code and guide the development team on best practices
• Integrate applications with CI/CD pipelines, Sonar scans, and unit test coverage
• Design and optimize system architecture for scalable enterprise applications
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and business partners for product delivery
• Groom and guide development teams on technical implementation
• Promote strong engineering practices including CI/CD automation and one-click deployments
• Provide Level 3 production support and manage change requests for applications
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents efficiently
• Work with vendor products within the bank and enhance internal applications
• Support hiring activities and talent management within the development team

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java and React.js
• Knowledge of Spring Boot, Kafka, Cloud technologies, DevOps, and JUnit testing tools
• Strong understanding of Agile development and DevOps practices
• Expertise with build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Git, TeamCity, and GitHub Actions
• Experience in the financial banking domain will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and programming skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
