Role & Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers and explain Bhanzu’s learning programs and offerings
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
- Collect feedback from clients and communicate insights to internal teams
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus)
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM tools
