Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to building and scaling the company’s core web application
- Work closely with the founding team and development team
- Design, develop, and maintain the company’s web platform from scratch
- Architect and optimize database structures for scalability and performance
- Ensure high levels of performance, security, and reliability of the application
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features
- Act as a core member contributing to the company’s vision and product development
Requirements
- Strong experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Ability to build web applications from scratch
- Knowledge of database architecture and optimization
- Understanding of cloud computing, deployment, and application scaling
- Experience in leading or managing development teams (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
